Dr. Thomas Caruthers, MD

Chief Medical Officer / OBGYN

Dr. Thomas Caruthers is a Board Certified OBGYN Doctor, with over 20 years of work experience. He received his Bachelors of Science Degree from Tennessee State University. He graduated from Medical School at Meharry Medical College in 1992. He did his Obstetrics & Gynecology Residency at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan.

Prior to joining our practice, Dr. Caruthers had his own Practice (Premier Women's Care) in Covington, Tennessee, and did deliveries at many hospital in the West TN area.

Dr. Caruthers will be providing women's health services, gynecological procedures, and prenatal care for pregnant women in their First and Second Trimesters. He will be referring out women with high risk pregnancies, women in their Third Trimester, and for deliveries. Dr. Caruthers will be working at Bolivar Health Center on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and Stanton Health Center on Mondays.
