Marlita White

CEO

Executive Director of Hardeman County Community Health Center.  White is a native of Memphis, TN and a graduate of The University of Memphis and Webster University with a Master of Business Administration. Since 2012, Marlita has worked in the behavioral health industry as a Senior Accountant/Controller and in 2015, she led the efforts to integrate behavioral health and primary health care services and successfully opened the doors of Tri-State Community Health Center where she served as the Chief Financial Officer. Marlita has an extensive background in behavioral health, primary health care, business, finance and organizational leadership.

Linda Lovelace

CFO

Financial Officer of Hardeman County Community Health Center.  Linda Lovelace has been a faithful employee with HCCHC since 1997 as our Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, Linda oversees budget, finances, payroll, accounts payable and human resources.

Robert Davis Jr.

COO

Robert Davis Jr. brings over ten years of expertise in healthcare administration and clinical practice to his role as Clinical Chief Operating Officer at Hardeman County Community Health Center. He leads strategic initiatives to enhance patient care experiences, streamline operations, and drive organizational growth. Known for his collaborative leadership style and commitment to innovation, he bridges the gap between frontline care delivery and organizational strategy, inspiring multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellence in clinical outcomes. A respected speaker and mentor, Robert is dedicated to advancing healthcare leadership and fostering a culture of continuous improvement at HCCHC.

Cassandra Hart

Corporate Compliance  Officer

Cassandra has served Hardeman County Community Health Center since 2019, overseeing and monitoring the corporate compliance program, including Title VI, clinical staff credentialing, and privileging processes. She coordinates corporate compliance duties, investigates and analyzes incidents related to fraud, litigation, or safety, and maintains required logs, files, policies, and documents. Cassandra ensures that employees are not listed on the Medicare and Medicaid fraud registry and manages the credentialing, privileging, re-credentialing, and re-privileging processes for all clinical staff.
