Anyone here have experience with HGH for bodybuilding purposes?
I've been hitting the gym pretty consistently for a few years now, and while I've seen some progress, I'm starting to feel like I've plateaued. It's frustrating to put in the work and not see the gains I'm hoping for, especially when I look at guys who seem to pack on muscle so much faster. A buddy of mine mentioned something about HGH and its potential for bodybuilding, but I'm a bit skeptical and also clueless. Anyone here have any firsthand experiences or insights they'd be willing to share? I'm mostly interested in hearing about the realistic results someone might see.
