I’ve been thinking about this because I keep noticing the same pattern in my routine. I start paying attention to my mental state, try to build some kind of habit around it, and then постепенно все сходит на нет. A couple of weeks ago I realized I wasn’t even noticing how stressed I was until it started affecting my sleep. I tried going back to simple things like writing notes, but it didn’t feel engaging enough to continue. Then I came across Liven while reading a thread about self-awareness, and it made me wonder if tools like that are actually easier to stick with. Has anyone here tried using something like this long enough to see if it really becomes part of your life?

Interesting topic. I don’t really use apps for self-awareness, but I’ve noticed that I tend to realize how I feel only after certain patterns repeat. For example, when I start getting irritated by small things, it usually means I’m more tired than I thought. Lately I’ve been trying to catch those signs earlier, not by tracking them, but just by paying a bit more attention during the day. It’s not structured at all, just something I’ve been experimenting with, and it seems to help in a subtle way.
