Is the new game launcher actually better?

I’ve been using several different digital storefronts for my PC games, but I’m starting to get annoyed with having so many different launchers running in the background. One of them always seems to have the best free weekly giveaways, which keeps me coming back, but the interface feels a bit sluggish at times. Has anyone noticed if the performance has improved with the latest software updates?

It’s definitely a bit of a trade-off between getting those amazing free titles and having to deal with a slightly clunkier user interface. I was curious about the technical support side of things and read some epic games reviews to see how they handle account security and refund requests lately. While the launcher itself is getting more features every month, the community seems to really appreciate the developer-friendly approach they’ve taken with their store. I usually just set mine to not launch on startup so it doesn't eat up my RAM while I'm working on other tasks.
