Pediatric Services

Well Child Checks – Patients can expect a full physical as well as the following to be examined during these checks:

  • Height, weight, and BMI
  • Physical and social development progress
  • Development of Cognitive and Academic abilities
  • Related social and family medical history
  • Vision and hearing tests
  • Preventative health

School and Sports Physicals – These are recommended for those taking part in:

  • Club sports teams
  • School sports programs
  • School-required fitness regimens

We also perform vision and hearing tests, immunizations, and conduct attention and learning problem checks for newborns and youth up to the age of 19.

Women's Services

We provide quality women's care to help manage health during and after pregnancy. we treat women within their first and second trimesters, then work in collaboration with a great team of physicians to ensure a healthy delivery.  Other women's services that we provide are listed below:

  • Pap smears
  • Hormone management
  • Breast exams
  • Family planning
  • Prenatal care

 

On-Site Pharmacy

  • Prescription fillings available for HCCHC patients
  • Sliding Fee offered for the under- and/or uninsured

 

Chronic Disease Management

  • Diabetes
  • Hypertension
  • Cardiovascular disease

 

Integrated Behavioral Health

Our behavioral health team work with our primary care staff to offer a holistic carefree system for our patients in one place.  Our team of providers assist patients in managing emotional and behavioral health related issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, frequent anger, grief, and obstacles which can get in the way of daily life and activities.
