While browsing listings I ended up checking Kalaki and noticed how different the offers are between Tbilisi and Batumi — especially when it comes to modern apartments vs older buildings. A few years back I only visited as a tourist and never paid attention to real estate, but now I’m wondering how realistic it is to actually live there part-time. For those who’ve dealt with it, did you start with renting first or just went straight into buying something?
