Aflac Claim Status Not Updating Properly

I submitted a claim through Aflac recently and expected to receive regular updates during the review process, but the status has barely changed for days. The online account still shows limited information, making it difficult to understand whether additional documents are needed or if the claim is progressing normally. I contacted customer support several times, though most responses focused on general processing timelines instead of my actual case. Insurance claims already create enough stress without unclear communication. I understand reviews can take time, but more detailed updates would definitely help customers feel informed.
