Are premium artificial plants actually worth it, or just expensive decor?

I had the same question before buying, because I always thought artificial plants were basically the same no matter the price. After actually living with premium artificial plants for a while, I get the appeal. The difference is mostly in the details — leaf texture, color variation, and how the plant holds its shape in a real room. Cheaper ones tend to look flat or overly shiny, especially in daylight, while higher-end options blend in a lot better with natural furniture and lighting. I started using them in areas where real plants never survived, like darker corners and my office, and they’ve stayed looking exactly the same month after month. If someone wants greenery without maintenance and cares about how it looks long term, premium artificial plants can make sense rather than constantly replacing dead real ones.
