Access panel for radiant floor heating manifold?
Installing hydronic radiant heat in the basement slab—need a large access panel over the manifold so I can adjust flow valves and bleed air later. Looking for something big (at least 24×36) that won't sag.

Radiant manifolds need generous access because tweaking valves or adding zones happens more often than you'd think. I go for panels with internal bracing ribs so they stay flat over large spans—no bowing even after years.
